CALL CENTER AGENT!
Responsibilities:
To respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders
Answer questions and inquiries
Troubleshoot problems
Provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, College Graduate with 6 months of BPO experience
-EXPERIENCE IN BPO/CALL CENTER IS A MUST!
-Average to Good English Communication Skills
-Can START ASAP!
